It is a Science in the sense that man is able to isolate, identify and synthesize the various chemicals found in nature that make up the foods we eat. At Deep Jyoti Industries (DJI), we have fine tuned this as an Art through our aesthetic engagement with flavour creation.
Established in January 1996, DJI is renowned as a pioneer in the flavour and fragrance industry. Spread over a floor area of 1200 sq. meters, and equipped with advance technology and equipment which has an annual production capacity of 10 tonnes of Aroma Compound and 2.2 tonnes of flavors and fragrances, Deep Jyoti Industries is today one of the largest flavours and fragrances manufacturer in India.
